In my previous two posts on Christmas outfit series, I spoke about two outfits for Christmas and holiday parties. First one was a Cozy Glittery sweater and the second one a combo of stylish plaid and leather. But my holiday party series will be incomplete without posting about dresses. December calls for few holiday party dresses those are fashionably festive. I simply love the fact how dresses can instantly add some more feminine charm to our look. So to give you some inspiration here I am sharing my holiday party looks for upcoming Christmas and holiday parties.
A little black dress
A little black dress is a no-brainer when it comes to a party outfit. Each one of us must be having at least one in our wardrobe. My LBD qualifies two way as a party dress because of its material which is velvet and the color black. So the deadly combo makes it a winner as a Christmas party outfit.
Velvet is so apt for parties. Generally, I avoid anything shiny while selecting my dresses. But as I always say, its good to come out of your comfort zone and try new things. So when I saw this dress from Forever21, I thought why not, its party season after all. Hence added this crushed velvet wrap dress to my party outfit collection for the year.
You can buy the same dress from here
Lace is another material which screams party just like velvet. My vote always goes to Lace dresses when it comes to the party because of its classic feminine charm.
I paired this beautiful burgundy colour dress with a moto jacket and my current favourite pumps and I am 100 % party ready.
Black on black
Let me tell you a secret. Black on black is kinda my style hack which I use on a lazy day. Don’t have the time and energy to think much on what wear. Try this look of black on black. It takes very less effort yet you can look effortlessly gorgeous. When you wear two pieces in the same colour it creates a monochrome which is very stylish and makes a perfect entry in the party category.
I truly believe that we really don’t need to put too much effort into dressing up once we identify our individual style.Whatever you wear try to give it a personal touch and you are definitely going to stand out in the crowd.
So that’s all for today.Do share your favourite one out of all my holiday part looks parties in the comment section below.
